	The lists are special databases.
	If there is a whitelist, only the host names in that list and the home page host name will be accepted when the user clicks a link.
	Any link containing a keyword in the blacklist will be blocked.

	For instance, a whitelist containing "tvtools.eu" and "tecsoft.fr" will only allow navigation on the web sites of those two domains.
	And a blacklist containing ".doc" and ".exe" will additionally block any link containing those words.

		mode=<string>: camera mode to be used. It defaults to "night" mode if available.
		centx=<float>,centy=<float>: percentage of centering of the subzone of the image to be used for motion detection. Defaults to 25.0%, 0.0% for Philips tablets.
		sizex=<float>,sizey=<float>: percentage of size of the subzone of the image. Defaults to 25.0%, 100.0% for Philips tablets.
		preset=<integer>: allows to use a preset for all the above values. For now, preset=1 defines the full usage of a full HD resolution (1920 hres).
